Maaza Marks 50 Years with Commemorative Postal Cover and Farmer Felicitations on National Mango Day
BENGALURU — Celebrating five decades as one of India’s most iconic homegrown beverages, Maaza marked its 50th anniversary on National Mango Day with the release of a commemorative Special Cover by India’s Department of Posts.
The milestone event held on July 24 was led by Shri Chirag Paswan, Hon’ble Union Minister of Food Processing Industries, alongside senior officials from the Ministry of Communications, Coca-Cola India, bottling partners, suppliers, and NGO partners.

Philatelic Recognition: Titled “Celebrating 50 Years of Mango in a Bottle”, the newly released Special Cover features an artistic illustration inspired by traditional mango orchards and the classic Maaza® bottle layout.

Honouring India’s ‘Annadatas’: The event felicitated local mango farmers associated with Project Unnati (supported by Anandana – The Coca-Cola India Foundation), acknowledging generations of agricultural communities who sustain India’s mango value chain.
